1. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property

1.2. ALI Technology is protected by U.S. copyright, trade secret, trademark, patent law, and applicable international IP treaties.

1.3. No license, right, title, or interest in ALI Technology is granted to you except the limited right to access the Service for its intended purpose.

6.2. ALI'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

7. Indemnification

7.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALI Consulting LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

8.2. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

9–11. Modifications, Severability & Entire Agreement

ALI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ALI Consulting LLC.
